We know busy schedules don’t always allow for time to stop in to renew your permits, pay citations, or appeal citations, so instead you can complete these tasks at your convenience online! Online payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or by eCheck. There are no transaction fees for online parking payments.  Check out the details below:

Some locations in downtown Neenah are specifically signed for permit parking only.  Digital parking permits are required to park in these locations.

If you wish not to use the online portal, you can also make citation payments by mail, in person, or by dropbox at:

If you think there has been an error with a citation that was issued to your vehicle, you can appeal a citation online. To prevent late payment charges, appeals must be made within 10 days from the date the citation was issued. You should receive the appeal decision within 4 business days. Please remember that filing an appeal does not guarantee that your citation is voided. If you wish to contest the citation in court, you must complete an appeal and contact the Neenah Police Department directly (920-886-6017) to schedule a court date.

To get started with your appeal, create an account or log in by clicking here.
